Welcome to the 2025 Salford Van Hire Neil Howard Stages.
Organised by Bolton-Le-Moors Car Club, the stages will contain up to 55 miles of non-stop rallying action at the UK’s picturesque Oulton Park circuit. With the circuit transformed into a series of bespoke special stages, utilising parts of the venue not commonly used, the Cheshire circuit has proven itself as one of the most challenging circuits in the UK. Sponsored by Salford Van Hire, the stages promise to provide plenty of on and off-track action. As the first round of the Circuit Rally Championship and qualifying round of ANWCC and SD34 rally championships, the event will attract some of the UK’s finest rallying machinery, including a range of modern and historic rally cars. If that isn’t enough, when the rally action comes to an end, the sky will be illuminated by one of the North West’s most spectacular firework displays. The event is not to be missed.

Competitor Information:
Fuel will be available for purchase at the venue from Oulton Parks own fuel station located in the paddock, between 8am and 5pm. Self refueling is permitted in the Refueling Zone.
Protyre Motorsport: Tyres can be ordered via Protyre Motorsport Website, or phone 01782 411001.
Slicks Tyres: Tyres can be ordered by email andrewjohnknott@hotmail.com, or phone 01142 470485.
Competitor signing on once again will be pre-event this year.
Please ensure you have signed on by Saturday 19th October at 8pm to receive your event tickets the following Monday 21st October.
To sign on, please click on the link received in your original entry acknowledgment email to enter the rallies info system and complete the sign on process.
If you have applied for a BLMCC membership, just put TBC for your number, it will be filled in for you and the card will be supplied in the event pack.

Entry tickets will be emailed on Monday 28th October. Please check your junk/spam folder for these. They will be sent to the email provided in the entry system. If you do not receive them by Wednesday 30th November please get in touch with the entries secretary asap.

All media wishing to attend the 2025 Salford Van Hire Neil Howard Stages will require Motorsport UK Level 1 or Level 2 Accreditation. Please note Level 1 Accreditation has access to spectator areas only. MSV Accreditation should also be obtained via the following link:

Signing on will be Saturday morning on the ground floor of the race control tower, where you will be issued with the media safety plan.
